A Vision of Hope for the Coming Harvest
Hope Vision
With the rising crime rates and the devastation of Katrina, Rita, and individuals who have literally made a rampage of those unable to defend themselves, what are we, the chosen elect; the separated and called ones for Jesus Christ supposed to do? When people turn to us asking: Can Jesus Christ help me? What will we tell them? How do we know? Can God help them? Can you look at your life, reflecting on the days gone by, and truly say you know that He will?- What do you do when your HOPES have been severely crippled, or
crushed, and the future ahead promises visions and dreams no one
seems to hold the power or the wisdom to fulfill? What do you do?
- Where do you turn when the world itself appears to have lost its
strength to fight; where those who can and should be helping the lost
and struggling wounded, count them despicable instead? Where do you
turn?
- What do you hold onto when the only real picture you have
experienced in life, is that everything and everyone you once thought
solid is easily moved by the slightest wind or storm? What do you
hold onto?
- Who do you trust, believe in, and place your confidence when the God you profess to serve seems distant, uncaring, and unreal? Who do you trust?
Is there Hope for the people of our generation? Who will save us from the sediments of sin invading our lives each day? As the Apostle Paul wrote in his epistle to the Romans, 'Thank God it has already been done in Jesus Christ our Lord!' Nevertheless, I ask, how can we see the application of this truth applied in our lives today?
People talk about transformation; it appears to be today's 'buzz' word in churches and ministries all over America. In light of the growing depravity we see all around us, the light of Hope is needed on a desperate level like never before. In order to see the fulfillment of prophetic announcements over the past several years, we must become a Body of Believers that thinks and acts as One! Transformation can take place no other way!
We must be willing to lay down our defenses, take up the Sword of the Spirit, and move to the front lines in the Battle we are guaranteed to win! God our Father has given us the land! Just like it was when He told Israel on the day He allowed them to enter the Promised Land. Go! Drive out the inhabitants! Take possession of the Land I have given you; a land flowing with milk and honey! Go!
In a vision I see the Sword of the Lord moving to divide the darkness; literally opening a wide chasm the darkness cannot touch. I see the souls of those who have been held captive for generations crying out for help. Moreover, I see the Word of the Lord telling us to Go, and on whomsoever we touch, the Spirit of our God is raising them to become mighty warriors in His Army!
I see keys, scrolls, fishing nets, robes made of the finest linen, crowns of righteousness, I see steps no longer covered, an enormous compass illuminated by the Son of God Himself, and I see the victory flag blowing freely in the wind. I see a well-trained army of misfit soldiers marching into battle. Seasoned to perfection, not in the finer skills of fighting, but rather in the confidence they have in their leader, Jesus Christ. And in the automatic yielding and immediate surrender to the leading of His Holy Spirit. I see a Body of Believers so finely tuned in to the voice of their leader, they live, walk, talk, even breathe with the syncopation of one single unconquerable being!
See the vision! live it! Breathe it! Guard Unity and Love at all costs! Become instant to fall on your knees every time you see the arrows of the enemy creep into what you know God is doing in our midst! Do not be so quick to speak out against your brother, or your sister! Do not be so ready to abandon when you see and hear things you do not understand! We are in a war! Our enemy knows that a divided army is easily conquered! His tactics are to move in and out of our ranks. And, he is often very subtle, making well-trained soldiers actually believe the whispers of his voice are their own thoughts and conclusions!
This is why we must stop long enough to hear the voice of our leader, Jesus Christ! This is why we must receive His direction and move in the Power and Might of His Holy Spirit And, it is how we will be enabled to see as God begins to do a mighty work all around us! This my friend, is what I believe God would have you to do!
The Harvest is here already! Pray to God, the Lord of the Harvest that He will send workers into His Harvest! Know that these laborers will come from the Harvest itself. Do not wait, pray while you wait, pray while you move, pray while you eat and sleep! Pray when you know what to do, and when you do not! Pray, pray, pray, pray, pray!
Know that if you do not pray, you will easily become the prey of the enemy, who roams the land seeking whom he may devour. Go M.A.D., Make A Difference! Restore Hope to America and become part of the transformation people are talking about all over the globe. How? By doing what God would have you to do!
